Warga lain bernama Sultan Ahmad, 27 tahun, memberi kesaksian serupa.
"Sejumlah orang dipenggal dan luka disayat. Kami bersembunyi di dalam rumah ketika warga dari desa lain memenggal orang-orang," kata dia.
Para penduduk desa yang selamat juga menceritakan kejadian tidak jauh berbeda.
"Otoritas Myanmar tidak bisa melindungi warga. Tekanan internasional sangat diperlukan," kata Matthew Smith, kepala Fortify Rights.
