- 1/2 sdt baking soda
- Cara membuat karamelnya. Taburkan gula pada wajan dgn api yg kecil. Tunggu sampai gula mencair sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Jgn diaduk nanti gula bisa mengeras. Cukup digoyang-goyangkan saja wajannya
- Setelah gula larut. Masukan air panas secara perlahan dari pinggir wajan. Hati2 karena nanti ada sedikit letusan hehe. Kemudian aduk hingga larut. Matikan kompor dan dinginkan.
- Kocok telur dan SKM menggunakan whisk hingga cukup larut
- Ayak tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, BP dan BS
- Masukan tepung dan karamel ke adonan telur sedikit2 secara bergantian. Dan aduk balik dgn spatula.
- Terakhir masukan butter aduk hingga larut jgn sampai ada yg mengendap di dasar atau pinggir wadah. Dan jgn terlalu mengaduk nanti hasilnya bisa bantet
- Adonan akan ada yg bergelindir. Saring adonan terlebih dahulu sebelum di tuang ke loyang yg telah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung.
- Setelah adonan dituang ke loyang. Oven selama 45 menit. Untuk suhu sy kurang tahu pastinya, oven sy panaskan selama 15menit dgn api sedang.
- Saat proses pemanggangan akan terlihat ada cairan minyak pada permukaan atas dan pinggir kue. Tidak apa2, minyak akan menghilang saat kue matang dan dingin.
- Setelah matang. Dinginkan kue, potong dan sajikan
