- 1 buah bawang bombay
- 3 siung bawang putih cincang halus

- 1 ruas lengkuas geprek
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 buah serai geprek
- 2 tbsp saus tiram
- 3-4 tbsp kecap manis
- 2 tsp kecap asin
- sesuai selera Garam
- sesuai selera Lada putih
- sesuai selera Gula pasir
- Bubuk jamur
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
- Air
- Bahan Kuah Kaldu
- sesuai selera Air
- Tulang ayam
- Bawang putih geprek
- Bawang merah iris tipis
- Garam
- Bubuk Jamur (boleh di ganti penyedap rasa yang lain)
- Bahan pelengkap
- 1/2 kg mie basah (boleh pake mie telor)
- Pok coy potong rebus (boleh ganti sawi hijau)
- Daun bawang iris tipis untuk taburan
- Bawang goreng
Langkah
- Cara membuat ayam jamur : Goreng bawang putih hingga harum lalu masukkan bawang bombai lengkuas, jahe, daun salam,serai tunggu agar sedikit layu lalu masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, gula, garam, merica bubuk, aduk aduk. Masukkan potongan ayam dan tulang ayam yg td sudah direbus, beri air, tunggu sampe hampir matang lalu masukkan jamur.. Test rasa. Tunggu hingga matang. (boleh ditambahkan minyak goreng sedikit buat jd minyak ayam nya)
- Cara membuat kuah kaldu : rebus air dan tulang ayam, sampai keluar kaldunya (buang gelembung2 rebusan air yg paling atas) Goreng bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum lalu masukkan kedalam rebusan air kaldu,tambahkan garam merica bubuk dan bubuk jamur. Ambil tulang ayam dari air rebusan sisihkan
- Cara penyajian : Rebus mie diatas air mendidih, jangan trll lama. Sajikan mie dalam mangkok, lalu siram dengan kuah kaldu. Tata ayam dan sawi diatas mie. Taburi dg daun bawang dan bawang goreng.Sumber : http://bit.ly/2vbPOI9
