Kisah yang tragis terjadi di Lampung. Seorang ibu membawa pulang jasad putrinya yang baru saja meninggal di rumah sakit menggunakan angkot.
Cerita memilukan itu dibagikan akun seputar_lampung di Instagram. Disebutkan, seorang ibu yang berasal dari Kotabumi, Lampung itu menggendong jasad putrinya yang baru saja meninggal di RS Abdul Moeloek, Bandar Lampung pukul 16.00 WIB, Rabu (20/9/2017).
Si ibu menggendong bayinya yang berusia 1 bulan itu sambil menangis sepanjang perjalanan. Seharusnya, pihak rumah sakit menyediakan ambulans kepada keluarga pasien yang meninggal dunia. Namun mengapa ibu yang tengah berduka itu tidak diantar ambulans?
"Saya terpaksa menggendong sendiri jenazah putri kami dan pulang dengan angkutan umum karena pihak rumah sakit tidak bersedia mengantarkan dengan ambulans," ujar ibu tersebut, sebagaimana tertuang dalam postingan akun seputar_lampung.
Ibu itu menduga, kemungkinan dirinya tidak mendapat layanan ambulans karena sang putri hanya berobat menggunakan fasilitas BPJS. Benarkah demikian? Pihak RS Abdoel Moeloek membantah.
RSUD Abdoel Moeloek memberikan penjelasan mengenai hal kejadian ini yang diunggah ke situs resmi Pemprov Lampung. Direktur Pelayanan RSUD Abdoel Moeloek Padilangga mengatakan, peristiwa itu terjadi hanya karena miss komunikasi antara orangtua anak dengan petugas ambulans. Pasien meninggal karena kelainan bawaan yakni meningocele di ICU sekitar pukul 15.15 WIB di depan keluarga dan keluarga menerima.
Awalnya, pihak keluarga sudah siap menggunakan ambulans, bahkan jenazah sudah masuk ke dalam mobil ambulans. Tetapi ada administrasi yang kurang lengkap, akhirnya petugas memanggil ayah anak untuk klarifikasi.
"Jadi petugas ambulans memanggil ayah dari anak, di situ mungkin ada (administrasi) yang perlu diperbaiki, tetapi karena keluarga sudah panik, jadi langsung ambil pasiennya dan dibawa pakai kendaraan umum," jelas Padilangga.
Menurutnya, semua pasien yang hendak menggunakan ambulans harus memenuhi semua administrasi. Ditanya administrasi apa yang masih kurang? Padilangga mengaku hanya klarifikasi nama.
"Petugas ambulans memanggil ayahnya untuk klarifikasi, miss nya disitu. Sebenarnya hanya mau nanya soal nama saja, mungkin ada yang kurang cocok," imbuhnya.
Terkait kabar yang menyebutkan pasien tidak mendapat ambulans lantaran menggunakan BPJS, ia membantah. Menurutnya, semua pelayanan sama saja, baik BPJS maupun non BPJS.
"Apalagi kan BPJS sudah ada biaya khusus, itu ditanggung oleh pemerintah tidak ada biaya tambahan. Sudah nggak ada masalah lagi sebenarnya, tinggal administrasi saja. Ambulans sudah standby. Kita maklum, mereka emosi, panik karena kehilangan anak, itu kita maklumi," bebernya.
Untuk itu, ia berjanji akan melakukan investigasi untuk menyelidiki permasalahan ini. Karena saat ini pihaknya menerima dua cerita versi yang berbeda, yakni pihak keluarga dan juga pihak ambulans.
"Kita akan lihat, ini kan baru beberapa jam yang lalu, besok akan kita investigasi. Kalau sebenarnya ada miss itu kita akan proses," pungkasnya.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kadis Kominfotik Provinsi Lampung, Achmad Chrisna Putra mengatakan, kejadian ini menunjukkan bagaimana orang percaya pada medsos. Namun pihaknya berharap penjelasan dari pihak Rumah Sakit bisa berimbang.
"Jadi masyarakat bisa menerima secara bijak kabar ini, saya memposisikan diri dalam permasalahan ini hanya hadir untuk mendampingi pihak Rumah Sakit memberikan klarifikasi kepada media, karena peranan ini penting dalam penyebarannya," pungkas Chrisna.
