- 50 gr cream cheese
- 50 gr whipping cream
- 25 gr gula halus
Langkah

Lelehkan butter, sisihkan.
Ayak tepung terigu bersama tepung maizena dan vanili bubuk, sisihkan.
Lalu kocok telur, gula, dan sp hingga mengembang (soft peak), kemudian masukan bahan kering (terdiri dari campuran tepung terigu dan maizena). Kemudian yang terakhir masukan butter yang telah di lelehkan. Aduk menggunakan spatula, lalu panggang selama 15 menit pada loyang 28 x 28 cm yang telah di alasi oleh kertas roti. - ▶ filling :
