- 500 gr dada ayam
- 6 siung bawang putih

- Seiris lengkuas
- 2cm kunyit
- 1/3 – 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 3 lembar daun jeruk purut
- 1 batang serai geprek
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 1/4 – 1/3 sdt kaldu instant
- Gula
- Garam
- Untuk kuahnya bumbunya bawang merah, putih, merica blender tumis dengan munyak goreng & minyak wijen bersama potongan jahe yang digeprek.
- Siapkan bakso, rebus bersama tulang ayam / tulang sapi, tambahi gula, garam, kaldu instant, icipin rasanya.
