Kerjakan penyembuhan satu hari 2 x, masing- masing 1 gelas. Sisa air ramuan baiknya dibuang. Buat ramuan fresh lagi untuk setiap saat bakal minum ramuan yang selanjutnya.

Sakit perut :
Tumbuk halus herba fresh yang sudah dicuci bersih. Peras hasil tumbukan, selanjutnya minum air perasan itu.
