Bahan bolu :
3 butir telur
100 gr terigu
75 gr gula pasir
50 gr mentega,lelehkan
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
Bahan puding :
1500 ml santan dari 1 buah kelapa
2 bks agar2 plan
200 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm maizena
pewarna makanan merah,kuning,hijau
Cara membuat bolu :
Mixer telur,gula dan vanili hingga mengembang kental berjejak.Turunkan speed mixer ke yang terkecil,masukkan terigu dan vanili sedikit demi sediki.mix hingga tercampur.Matikan mixer,tuang bertahap mentega cair.Aduk balik hingga merata.
Tuang adonan ke loyang tulban yang sudah diolesi mentega dan terigu serta kertas roti di dasar loyang
Panggang di suhu 180°c selama -+ 30 menit.api kecil
Keluarkan dari loyang,sisihkan.Cuci bersih loyang karena akan digunakan untuk mencetak puding.perciki loyang sedikit air

Cara membuat puding :
Campur agar,gula,maizena rata di dalam panci.Tuang santan.aduk.Masak sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih
Setelah mendidih,matikan api.Ambil 500 ml adonan agar beri pewarna merah.masak ulang hingga mendidih kembali.Tuang adonan dalam loyang.Tunggu hingga set tapi jangan sampai terlalu keras ya nanti lapisan agar terpisah
Sambil menunggu lapisan merah set,masak adonan orange.Langkahnya sama dengan lapisan merah hanya kali ini di beri pewarna kuning dan setetes pewarna merah.
Letakkan cake diatas lapisan merah.Tuang pelan-pelan agar orange melalui samping loyang.Menuangnya harus pelan- pelan ya supaya agarnya tidak meresap ke cake atau cakenya jadi mengambang.Setelah 1/2 adonan agar orange,berhenti dlu.Biarkan lapisan set supaya cake tidak mengambang.setelah set,tuang pelan2 lagi sisa adonan agar.
Sambil menunggu lapisan orange mengeras,masak kembali sisa adonan beri pewarna hijau.Tuang ke atas lapisan orange.Biarkan dingin lalu simpan di lemari es agar puding benar2 mengeras
Membuat puding cake ini lumayan menguji kesabaran,harus sabar membuat lapis demi lapis.Gara2 ga sabaran pengen buru2 liat hasilnya,saat puding saya keluarin dari loyang lapisan hijau agak hancur dasarnya karena belum cukup keras.
