Bahan Bahan:
  • 100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang, diayak
  • 100 gram tepung tapioka / sagu / aci, di ayak
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok teh penyedap
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 1 batang daun seledri
  • 3 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • Daging giling atau ayam, secukupnya (optional, saya tidak pakai)
  • Cabe merah rawit segenggam
  • Air mendidih secukupnya
  • Tepung bumbu siap saji
  • Bumbu pecel siap saji
Haluskan bawang putih, merica, garam dan penyedap

Tambahkan terigu dan tapioka yang sudah diayak lalu aduk semua bahan hingga rata

Kemudian siram adonan dengan air panas sedikit demi sedikit hingga kalis, jika dirasa kekenyalannya sudah pas tidak perlu di tambahkan air panas lagi, dan hati-hati ya bun mencampurnya karena pake air panas ini, gunakan sendok ya mengaduknya

Setelah adonan kalis (tidak menempel di wadah), tambahkan daun bawang seledri yang telah dipotong-potong lalu taburi tangan dengan tapioka supaya adonan tidak menempel ditangan

Adonan yang sudah kalis dipipihkan dengan jempol tetapi jangan terlalu tipis karena adonan gampang sobek.

Isi adonan cilok dengan cabe rawit merah. (cabe rawit merah sebelumnya direbus terlebih dahulu kemudian dihaluskan dengan ditambahi sedikit garam dan gula), lalu tutup adonan dan bentuk seperti bola-bola dengan ukuran yang sedang (tidak terlalu besar) supaya matengnya merata hingga ke dalam

Setelah dibentuk bola-bola, rebus cilok kurang lebih selama 10 menit dengan sedikit minyak sayur, dan setelah cilok mengapung semua segera angkat dan tiriskan.

Cilok siap dilumuri dengan tepung bumbu dan digoreng deh.

Pada saat mengguling-gulingkan cilok harus dalam keadaan masih panas supaya bumbunya nempel merata.

Tepung bumbu yang digunakan boleh pakai yang sudah jadi dan cocolan untuk ciloknya boleh pakai saos botolan atau bumbu pecel yang pedes pasti enak..
